These terms govern your use of this website and of the Ecomvestors Master Program. By using the site or purchasing from it, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This site and program are operated by CALIFOR LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under number 14395965, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, trading as Ecomvestors. Contact: support@ecomvestors.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. The program is aimed at people building a commercial business; it is not a consumer entertainment product.

3. What we provide

Once your application is accepted and payment completes, you receive, according to your plan: recorded educational material, coaching sessions with a coach, access to support channels, research and supporting resources, and the specific tools listed in your plan description. We commit to delivering these services with reasonable professional care and skill.

4. Licence and limits of use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for the purpose of developing your own business only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing login details or giving another person access to your account
• Downloading, recording, republishing, selling or teaching the content to others
• Reusing the materials to build a competing educational product
• Copying or extracting supplier data and research and sharing it outside the program

Breach of this clause ends access immediately with no refund, and we reserve all legal remedies.

5. Payment and pricing

Prices are shown before purchase and cover only what the plan description states. Bank fees, currency differences and local taxes are yours. Promotional offers are limited to their stated period. Agreed instalments fall due on their dates.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed entirely by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your conduct in the program

We expect respect in every channel. Abuse of coaches or members, harassment, commercial soliciting inside support groups, or sharing unlawful content are grounds for ending access with no refund.

8. Third-party services

The program teaches the use of platforms we neither own nor control, such as store platforms, advertising platforms, couriers, suppliers and banks. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and policies. We are not liable for your account being closed by them, or for changes to their policies or pricing.

9. Your legal obligations

You alone are responsible for registering your business, for taxes, for protecting your customers' data, for consumer protection law in the markets you sell into, and for the safety and legality of the products you choose to sell.

10. Intellectual property

All materials, videos, templates, trade marks and systems shown are owned by or licensed to CALIFOR LTD. No ownership right passes to you on purchase.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you, however arising, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other members or our team.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version is published on this page with its date, and material changes are notified by email. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your own country's law.
